Lady Enereta International High School Refund Policy
Dear Parents and Guardians,

At Lady Enereta International High School, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may prompt the need for a refund of certain fees. This policy seeks to outline our refund procedures and uphold our commitment to fair and transparent financial dealings.

Refundable Items:
Refunds are applicable in specific instances for the following fee categories:

Tuition Fee: Should a student need to withdraw from the school, any tuition fee refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that once a student has commenced lessons for a term, no refund will be issued for that term.

Boarding Fee: Refunds of the boarding fee are also reviewed individually. However, no refund will be processed for a term that has already begun.

Development Levy and Computerization and Internet Levy: These fees may be eligible for a refund, subject to individual review based on the specifics of each case.

Please be aware that all refund requests are subject to validation and approval by our accounts department, and the processing period may extend up to 6 weeks.

Non-Refundable Items:
Specific fees are non-refundable as they are utilized towards resources that are either personalized or committed for the student. These include:

Admission Fee: The $300 admission fee is a one-off, non-refundable payment which covers the administrative costs incurred during the admission process.

Uniform Fee: The uniform fee is non-refundable once the uniform has been distributed to the student. This policy is in place due to the personal use of these items and in adherence to the school’s hygiene standards.
