Vice Principal
The Vice Principal is an invaluable member of the school faculty who brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. With a strong background in education and a proven track record of success, the Vice Principal is qualified to take on the role of Acting Principal in the absence of the Principal, ensuring that the school runs smoothly and efficiently.
Working hand in glove with the Principal, the Vice Principal plays a critical role in supporting the overall vision and mission of the school. By directly supervising other teachers in the field of learning, the Vice Principal helps to ensure that the highest standards of competence and pedagogy are being met.
With a deep commitment to education and a genuine desire to see students succeed, the Vice Principal is a trusted and respected member of the school community who is always willing to go above and beyond to help others. Whether providing support to teachers, parents, or students, the Vice Principal is a valued resource who is always willing to lend a helping hand.
Teachers
Lady Enereta High School has a team of highly qualified and experienced educationists who are dedicated to providing quality education to students. These educators possess the knowledge and skills necessary to teach at least two subjects each, ensuring that they are able to offer a diverse range of subject matter expertise to students. Maintaining the high level of academic excellence that the institution is renowned for is crucial, and this is why the Principal and Director of Studies work tirelessly to lead the charge in the careful recruitment and selection process of esteemed faculty members.
Their diligent work is carried out in close collaboration with the Chairman of Board of Directors, who has appointed a dedicated member to oversee the interviewing and hiring process. This ensures that only the most competent and dedicated educators, who share the school’s core values and commitment to delivering the best possible education to students, are selected. The rigorous approach to teacher recruitment at Lady Enereta High School guarantees that students receive the highest quality education possible, from the most qualified and talented teachers available.
School Disciplinary Committee
The School Disciplinary Committee is a vital component in ensuring that the goals of Lady Enereta are religiously followed. It is divided into two main categories that play a pivotal role in ensuring the maintenance of discipline within the school. The first category is the Academic and None Academic staff Disciplinary Panel, which is composed of the Principal, Vice Principal, and two other members of the academic and non-academic staff. This panel possesses the authority to sit and deliberate on any disciplinary hearing involving an academic or non-academic staff. Furthermore, they can recommend expulsion in line with the school’s rules concerning disciplinary actions.
The second category encompasses the Student Disciplinary Committee, and its composition is constituted of the Vice Principal, the Director of Studies, the Class Teacher and Student Represantative. The key responsibility of this panel is to handle disciplinary issues concerning the students. They are endowed with the authority to deliberate on any disciplinary hearing involving a student who has infringed on the school’s laws and regulations. Similar to the Academic and none Academic staff Disciplinary panel, the Student Disciplinary Committee can also recommend expulsion in line with the school’s disciplinary rules.
